Yellow-Eyed Penguin - Rarest in the World
The yellow-eyed penguin is usually found in New Zealand and it is the rarest and strangest penguin in the world. Its scientific name is Megadyptes antipodes. It is also known as Hoiho, and generally found in South Island of New Zeland, Otago Peninsula, Stewart, Campbell and Auckland Islands.
Adult height of yellow eyed penguin is about 65centimeter and its weight is about 4.5 to 8 kg, flipper length for adult is 20 to 22 centimeter. Yellow eyed penguin diet contains Opalfish, Red and Blue cod, juvenile Arrow Squid, Silverside, Sprat and Ahuru. This penguin is yellow round circle on their eyes and on the bill, and its feathers are yellow in colour.
Yellow eyed penguin can live up to 10 -20 years, and male female lives longer than the female penguin. This penguin’s nest in dense vegetation like dunes and coastal forest. Its nests naturally being lonely from each other, and group together.

Kakapo –World’s flightless and Rarest Parrot
Kakapo is aware of escaping from the mammalian predators. Nearly 62 birds are lived from the past, but nowadays only six parrots are alive and increasing their breeding and its population. Male kakapo is bigger than the female kakapo birds soft feathers cover up it, in its leafy environment, and its feathers are green in color.
This parrot is an herbivores one, and their diet is roots, seeds, buds, cones, leaves, fruits and flowers. Strigops habroptilus ia a parrot who sleeps in whole days and wander the forest during the night time.

Axolotls - Mexican Walking Fish
Mexican fish has diminished off and only some species still exist and have found place in the endangered species list.Mexican fish ranges its length up to 15 to 45 cm and its average size is about 23 cm and it has a dark colored body and short legs with 4 digits in front and 5 on the hind feet. It belongs to the family of salamander and has features like external gills and caudal fin from head to vent.
The most peculiar feature of the Mexican fish is its branch like gills, which appeared on both side of the neck covered with featured pink filaments. It is generally found in areas such as with deep salty water and abundance of vegetation, and Mexican fish is a carnivorous and eats on small creatures like earthworms and small insects and even small fish too.
But nowadays, the Mexican fish is dispense off from the world due to water pollution and habitat destruction which are two main reason for the reduction of this species, but still some alive over the Mexico.

Hyalinobatrachium Pellucidum - Glass Frog
The diet of this glass frog is not known one, but probably it eats small insects like red worms and spiders. The male frog height or weight is about 19 to 28 mm and large female is about 23 to 32 mm. Glass frog has its body as transparent skin, in which you can see the heart beat and its length is about 1-2 inches.
Glass frogs are generally active at night, which makes them very hard to spot for predators like snakes and large mammals. During the breeding season they live in the rivers and streams, after laying eggs this glass frog will go back to live high up in the canopy level of trees.

Meerkat Suricata
Suricata head and body length is, i.e., about between 250- 350 mm, and their ears are small and crescent-shaped. Meerkats have been live for up to 12 years, but its lifespan is about 5 to 15 years. Meerkats is an insectivorous species and it will eat small vertebrates, eggs, and plant matter.
According to African popular belief i.e., mainly in the Zambian region, the meerkat is also called as sun angel, because African people belief that, meerkats protects villages from the moon devil.

Ring-tailed Lemur - Lemuridae Lemur catta
Ring-tailed Lemur is also known as Lemur catta and its scientific name is Lemuridae Lemur catta. It usually found only on east African island of Madagascar. Ring-tailed lemurs have black skin; frequently its fur is grey in colour and also has patches of white fur on their faces, ears, and underbelly. Ring-tailed Lemur tail is banded with black and white and its tail is about 60cm long.
Lemur is an herbivores animal and their diets such as fruits, leaves, berries, bird’s eggs, tree bark, and insects. Its length is about 42.5cm and its weight is 2.2kg. Lemur can walk or run on the ground and on top of the branches, and as like monkey, lemur also use its tail standing up for balance.

Pinta Island tortoise- World’s Rarest Species
Pinta Island tortoise is the World’s rarest animal species. The scientific name for pinta island tortoise is Geochelone elephantopus abingdoni. It generally found in eastern pacific ocean.A small island measure just 60 sq km in area, Isla Pinta is residence to swallow-tailed gulls, marine iguanas, fur seals and a number of other birds and mammals.
The most northern island in the Galapagos, at single time Isla Pinta had a blooming tortoise population. However, over the years to due poaching of these calm giants by fishermen and whalers, the number of these kind of tortoises has diminished greatly. Today, Lonesome George (Pinta Island tortoise) is the last remaining subspecies of tortoise from Isla Pinta, and though many hard work have been made to breed him with other tortoises, but they have so far been unsuccessful.

White Peacock -Pavo
In the wild, male Peacocks usually collect a harem of 2 - 5 females. However, in captivity, they are generally satisfied with one. The male has an extremely long tai(trains) which is not actually his tail. The trains serve as a cover for the real tail, which is brown in colour. The train essentially sprouts from the center of the back. Peacocks grow up to 7 inch from tip of beak to end of train.

The feature of oarfish is very long and looks like ribbon-like body, and it has small mouth with no visible teeth, and this species is a food sources for sharks.
